01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdtk8 platform and all services associated with it. By visiting the bdtk8 website, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

bdtk8 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers betting on cricket, football and other sports, as well as a variety of casino games.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all services on the bdtk8 website and mobile platform. This includes: sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and all other gaming services. These Terms take precedence over any prior oral or written agreement.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 1.3 Age Restriction

bdtk8 is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Please ensure you are at least 21 years of age. If any minor uses this platform, their account will be immediately cancelled and any winnings will be forfeited.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create a valid account on bdtk8, all of the following conditions must be met. Registering with incomplete or false information will be considered a violation of the Terms.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Only one account is permitted per person.
• Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your place of residence.
• You must register in your own name — not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide documents within the specified time after a verification request is received may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Multiple accounts will be identified if they share the same device, IP address, payment method or other identifying factors.

03 Bonuses and Promotions

bdtk8 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x — meaning you must wager 15 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus before withdrawing.

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance.

3.2 General Promotional Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one person or one household only.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device or IP address.
• bdtk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If promotion abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Deposit Rules

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on bdtk8 apply to all members. Compliance with these rules is mandatory to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed (except in the case of a platform technical error).
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to bdtk8's established rules.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• In any dispute regarding odds changes, bdtk8's decision is final.
• All cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC events, will be governed by the same rules.

5.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• There is no possibility of manipulation in game outcomes — fair play is guaranteed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for the affected round will be refunded.
• Any attempt to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming software will result in account cancellation.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are detected, the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited:

• Gaming or betting using bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts
• Attempting to win games by colluding with other users
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Match fixing or use of insider information

06 VIP and Loyalty Program

bdtk8's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier.

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.2 VIP Tier Progression

VIP tier is determined based on regular and active gaming activity. The opportunity to advance to a higher tier is open to all regular members. bdtk8 reserves the sole right to set and change the criteria for VIP evaluation.

6.3 Cashback Terms

• Cashback will be credited to the account at a set time each week.
• The cashback amount will depend on the total net loss for the week.

• Cashback may be suspended in the event of any active violation.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

bdtk8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Any violation of the Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts
• Concern that account security has been compromised
• Responsible gaming concerns

7.2 Account Closure by the User

7.3 Inactive Account Policy
